Maddox Construction did an amazing job in coordinating with our insurance provider to get a roof replaced due to hail damage. They ordered materials and delivered everything before we had planned it to be completed! I have heard a lot of mixed reviews on other roofing companies in the Denver area, but this one is a GEM! Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before providing a quote, we will inspect the property and look at the full scope of the project, completing all quotes within 48 hours, along with an agreement outlining the specifics of their project. We collect 60% at material order and the remainder at project completion.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first set up a time to meet with a new customer and review the scope of their project in person. Once we agree on the details of the project, we will provide a quote and agree on a timeline for the start date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year we seek training and certifications for new and cutting edge roofing materials like revolutionary new rubber roofing, and new application processes. We stay up to date on all roofing codes in the counties and unincorporated areas that we serve.
