The old door was at least 70 years old, was not designed to be an exterior door, was warped, and drafty around the reveals and the dog door mount. We enjoyed working with K&H from the beginning: the sales rep who came out and quoted us and walked us through the options, the customer service folks who kept us updated on the order and processing (both email and text, which I liked) and the installers were just the best. They had a tight space to work in and less than ideal conditions (lead paint, double wythe brick construction that was of course not square), but they managed to not only make the door work well, but the final install looks really professional. This door is going to make a huge difference for our heating bill this winter."See more

Jose and his team were willing to take on my project when no one else would, in fact, they were the only contractor to reply to me on Thumbtack. We had our door being replaced by Home Depot, but HD forgot to inform me about the brick moulding, which meant the siding would need to be cut. HD wouldn’t repair or re-finish their cuts. The HD install company suggested I hop on Thumbtack, which is where I found DenCO. Jose gave me a couple options on how I could proceed with the project, including moving forward with completely new materials OR re-using my existing siding. Either option required the siding to be taken apart prior to the door install, and they had to return post-install to trim and re-install. Even though Home Depot’s oversight almost derailed it, DenCO saved the entire project! Thank you!!
