I've been asked to do this evaluation for Rami Omar. I will be explicit when comments are about his service and communication and about my overall feelings about Solar SME. I believe it is important to be clear about these distinctions. Mr. Omar has been very patient and very communicative throughout the entire process of this solar project, from the sale all the way through the installation right up to the final switch flip to put the system online (this last step has not yet been completed). this has been a long process, and Rami has been sympathetic to some of my frustrations over this entire time period. Probably the biggest stressor came when the equipment was in a local warehouse waiting to be shipped. Somehow the message had gone out that I was to store the equipment on my property somewhere until the team came to install it. Fortunately, I was able to get into contact with Mr. Omar and he handled the misunderstanding and thus brought cool-headedness calm and competence to what was leading to a small or not-so-small disaster. For that alone Mr. Omar deserves kudos for great work, but he's been there in more than just that instance. He'e been seeing this to the very completion, so thank you. As for Solar SME, then, not a terrible company, but that shipping issue threw me for a loop, as I couldn't figure out where I was going to store the massive amounts of panels landing at my little abode.
