I had some cabinetry set in place with a makeshift countertop, and he came up with a cost-effective plan to help finish out the island, including moving some wiring to more convenient locations, and updating some plumbing that wasn't up to current code. All he really needed was some space to work, and everything was done cleanly and efficiently, with little disruption.
