Funny thing is, during his visit to measure for the quote, he took the least amount of time than the other companies and it ended up being dead-on. It shows how good he is at his craft and the experience he has.
One aspect I wish I had known beforehand was that the wall mounting brackets were not powder coated like the railings. Had I been aware of this, I would have gladly paid the difference for the option.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the job and the railings look awesome. I highly recommend Luis.

The quality of the installation was excellent. The railing looks great, feels very solid, and you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. The finished product significantly improved the look and value of the space.
If you’re looking for a contractor who is reliable, professional, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend GL Prolific Modernization. I would absolutely use them again for future projects.
