- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are the most reasonable priced company out there. We don't overcharge and we are always available when you need to reach us, unlike other companies where you can't reach your Tax Professional.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to do continuation classes once a year to keep up with the Enrolled Agents, as well as continuing to studying the Circular 230, which is the IRS rules and regulation handbook.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I walked a mile in my clients shoes, so I know what it is like to be under the thumb of the IRS.
