- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the price/quote is $10,000.00 or less, 50% is due at the signing of the contract/agreement. Balance is due upon the delivery of the stamp plans to the client or clients. If the quote/price is more than $10,000.00 1/3 is due at the signing of the contract/agreement, 1/3 is due upon the clients first review and the balance of the contract/agreement is due upon the delivery of the stamp plans to the client or clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1. Gather all the information/ideas from the client or clients Step 2. Create a concept plan and meet with the client or clients to see if there are any minor changes that the client or clients want. Step 3. Make the changes that the client or clients want Step 4. Meet with the client or clients to get there approval Step 5. Review by the Architect or Engineer Step 6. Correct all the redlines that the Architect or Engineer made on the plans Step 7. Correct all the redlines that the Architect or Engineer has outlined upon there review of the plans. Step 8. Final review by the Architect and Engineer approval Step 9. The Architect or Structural Engineer stamps the plans Step 10. Deliver the stamp plans to the client
