- What types of customers have you worked with?
We start by assessing current fitness and health levels. Instead of dieting, I believe in educating my clients about what they eat and helping them to find healthy alternatives. I think it is necessary to eat food that you actually like! Being healthy means being active, and doing something to make yourself feel good every day. I don't believe in any single type of exercise, I want to find something fun that you enjoy, and will continue to do for years to come! We will work together to create a plan that includes healthy eating and increasing activity, all based around YOUR schedule and YOUR goals!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to make sure you keep and open mind, and know that you are ready to make a change. No one is 'too busy' or 'too out of shape', all it takes is the belief that you are worth the time it takes to put your health first! Also, please don't be afraid to ask questions - LOTS of them! The more you know, the easier it will be.
