Modern Love Counseling

I believe I have a modern approach to understanding relationships, as well as the common issues we often experience but don’t generally feel comfortable talking about. I am easy to talk to; consider myself transparent and have been told by clients that I am “the right amount of challenging.” I have a very specific and unique Master’s degree in comparison to traditional therapists. I was trained to understand relationships and systems, all while integrating an individual component to processing and self-growth. This naturally promotes my practice’s speciality and works well with individuals coming into counseling with or without a partner. I specialize in relationship counseling and work extensively with individuals struggling connecting with others and/or their partner. I can help you recreate your own story and will be your trustworthy co-pilot through your journey of balance, growth, and overall fulfillment. You can expect our sessions to be inspiring, funny, helpful, comforting and enlightening, all while enhancing your ability to connect with others authentically. I am humbled and honored everyday. One of my favorite things about being a therapist is the authenticity I get to experience with someone who genuinely trusts me. With that ultimately comes growth, and when my clients (both individuals and couples) begin to free themselves of past behaviors and painful emotions, it’s amazing to see their transition. I see (and feel) the raw emotions that we as human beings are all capable of, and it’s such an honor to be along side my clients through their process. I, too, have my ups and downs... and what makes me balanced and my relationships successful, is my self-awareness and ability to ask for what I need from people I trust and value the most. Counseling doesn't have to feared or criticized. We are a society that prides on superficiality, so it makes sense that we feel disconnected, isolated and dissatisfied in relationships from time to time. I'’m here to help!
