My passion is to help you improve your quality of life in any situation and at any stage of life. With over 25 years of experience counseling individuals and couples, I have the experience and expertise to help you create significant and positive change. I'm passionate about helping people have their "Ah Ha!" moment, becoming more mindful and discovering what they need to do to feel better. It is inspiring to watch others take control of their life.
