The normal ups and downs of life can cause you to feel sad or have the blues. No issue is too large or too small to address if it's causing you negativity, hopelessness, anger or any emotions that prevent you from having the life you want. My passion is to help you improve your quality of life in any situation and at any stage of life. With over 25 years of experience counseling individuals and couples, I have the experience and expertise to help you create significant and positive change. I'm passionate about helping people have their "Ah Ha!" moment, becoming more mindful and discovering what they need to do to feel better. It is inspiring to watch others take control of their life.
