Introduction: I provide individuals and couples with counseling, strategies and tools for overcoming life's obstacles and creating better days. The normal ups and downs of life can cause you to feel sad or have the blues. But when despair and anxiety take over, eliminating joy and creating seemingly overwhelming barriers, remember that it doesn't have to be this way. Even when faced with life-altering situations that may seem out of your control, you can make the changes you want. No issue is too large or too small to address if it's causing you negativity, hopelessness, anger or any emotions that prevent you from having the life you want. My passion is to help you improve your quality of life in any situation and at any stage of life. With over 25 years of experience counseling individuals and couples, I have the experience and expertise to help you create significant and positive change. I'm passionate about helping people have their "Ah Ha!" moment, becoming more mindful and discovering what they need to do to feel better. It is inspiring to watch others take control of their life.

Therapy and Counseling

Warm, caring, bright and what a great listener! Tina's clear subject matter knowledge and practical suggestions for a path forward in the midst of my turmoil really worked from the very beginning. Therapy only works if you feel the professional cares and can help YOU by meeting you where you are. Couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend her.

Therapy and Counseling

I personally was looking forward to speaking with Tina. I'm not sure what went wrong. We made a tele appt but she never called me. She was very nice. Seemed professional. I truly felt like when we spoke that she very well may be the person who can finally help me. I messaged her after not receiving a call and she never responded back. I don't know if she just lost track or if I did something wrong. I give 3 stars because I truly think she means well but I also have dealt with doctors ghosting me who also seem to mean well at the time too.

Therapy and Counseling

Tina responded only a few hours after I reached out to her. We connected quickly as she listened while I shared my goals. She proposed an agenda and gave me the option to consider it. There was no pressure from her whatsoever. Our meetings have been enriching and enlightening. Great choice for a therapist!
