Introduction: I am a videographer, cinematographer, and drone operator based in Denver, Colorado. I own a production company, Makeda Creative, where we specialize in all sorts of commercial productions, automotive work, action sports, documentaries, and drone cinematography. I have been passionate about video production since I picked up my first video camera at the age of 9. I have created over 800 video projects since then, traveled to 31 countries, worked as the director of photography on a feature film in Greenland called MELT, and have honed in my drone cinematography skills and fly FPV drones for commercial purposes. Troy was so so patient when working with me. trying to bring a whole production together involves a lot of moving parts and this was my first music video - so new things tend to move slower. We did two days of shooting and both had absolutely amazing shots. His camera work is out of this world and his dedication to making the project my vision showed through in the final draft. I’m so excited to share my video and work with Troy in the future. Highly recommend him!!

From initial conversations through to delivery, Troy went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed. On top of that, he put together some fantastic ideas for our video that we didn’t even think about and it added a whole new element that really allowed us to take it to the next level.
I highly recommend Troy for anything video, especially if it is in regards to Drone. Will happily use again when needed!

Our organization hired Troy to create a product-focused video that displayed product utility and novelty in a unique/ attractive way for a product that was launched in March of 2021. Troy did an amazing job understanding the detailed and complex aspects of such a unique product (Orthopedic Biologic product) to truly capture, shoot, and create an impressive video that served both educational and marketing purposes to a T! Troy has an impressive ability to grasp complex concepts and knowledge of niche products/ ideas, and in turn, create simple and understandable videos that educate, market, and generate immediate customer interest and buy-in. This attribute made it very easy to work with Troy, as he could create a final cut exactly how we envisioned, with little direction. Troy is very transparent, fair, and works to truly make his customers happy. I've worked with Troy on a wide variety of video and drone projects. From my experience, it's been nothing short of fantastic to have him onboard. Not only is Troy an absolute blast to be around on set, but he is one of the most talented video professionals I know. His drone work, specifically, stands out to me. I consider Troy to be one of my "go-to" collaborators and I place an enormous amount of trust in him. 10/10 would recommend.
