FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, especially when it comes to video production and branding. My pricing is generally project-based, meaning I provide a custom quote that includes filming, editing, and final delivery—no hidden fees. Things to know: Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date/booking. Bundles: I offer special rates if you book Photography and Videography together (e.g., a Business Intro Video + Staff Portraits). Travel: I serve the entire area from Denver to Colorado Springs. Travel fees may apply for locations significantly outside this corridor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. The Consultation: First, we hop on a quick call (or exchange messages) to discuss your vision. Whether it's a business story or a senior portrait, I want to know your style, your goals, and what makes you unique. 2. Booking & Planning: Once we agree on the scope, I send over a simple contract and deposit invoice to secure your date. For video projects, we might outline a shot list or script points so we are ready to roll on filming day. 3. The Shoot: We meet on location (I cover Denver to Colorado Springs). My goal is to keep things relaxed and authentic—no stiff posing. I focus on capturing real moments and cinematic angles. 4. Post-Production: This is where the magic happens. I edit your photos or video with professional color grading and sound design to ensure a high-quality, polished look. 5. Delivery: You receive your final high-resolution images or 4K video via a digital download link, ready to share on your website or social media. P.S. If you are nervous about being on camera, don't worry! I coach you through the whole process to make you look and sound your best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
bring a unique combination of high-level corporate professionalism and artistic vision to every project: 1. Professional Communications: For 8 years, I served as a Media Relations Correspondent for the Federal Government (CMS/HHS). I understand high-stakes messaging, professionalism, and how to tell a story that lands. 2. The Artistic Eye: I have spent years as a dedicated Street Photographer. This experience taught me how to work fast, master natural light, and capture authentic, candid moments that don't look 'posed' or stiff. 3. Technical Expertise: I back this up with professional training in digital cinematography, audio engineering, and editing. I know how to make you look good, sound good, and feel comfortable.
