- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's starts with a quick conversation about goals and resources: how much time and money to have to invest, and what impact do your want your investment to have? There are no hard-and-fast rules; but from this starting point, I can generate a strategy that's custom to their needs - and one that quantifies the tangible value of certain creative decisions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hundreds of hours of training in every facet of production and postproduction. Complete mastery of preproduction, lighting and camera techniques, and video editing and export. I'm one a few compression expert in the West. Also a published writer and speaker on business development and multimedia marketing and training. Have taught filmmaking and storytelling techniques for all ages.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started as a freelancer, doing jobs for agencies and small businesses. Word spread and work increased tenfold, and I haven't looked back. I love what I do and I'm very good at it.
