- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing will vary and the size of water damaged areas, depending on the square footage and linear footage of materials they are on restorable, equipment rental time for 24 hour periods, ect. Our pricing is based off of the xactamate Estimating program that all the major insurance carriers used to determine the price of mitigation for the county and market rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client is hearing their story first, explaining to them what I’m about to do and why am going to do it, then showing them proof of the affected area the probability of removals and demolition, As well as telling them my experiences as a lead technician for a number of years what is a likely situation that will happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked a number of years with various companies I am also certified in property restoration. I am familiar with a broad spectrum of layouts designs materials and proper detachment of appliances that may be needed in order to complete the mitigation to a IICRC standards.
