- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We bill your home insurance directly. Pure Restore accepts all home insurance providers, including: Amica, Travelers, USAA, American Family Insurance, Auto-Owners Insurance, Chubb, Farmers Insurance, Homesite, Nationwide, Progressive, AAA, Safeco Insurance, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, StateFarm, Lemonade Please feel free to reach out with any insurance related questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team uses a simple 3-step process: 1) Pure Restore will provide an initial on-site evaluation. Work can begin once a work authorization is signed by the homeowner or property manager. 2) We'll start restoring your property. A project manager can provide an estimated timeline before starting. 3) Once the structure is returned to pre-loss conditions, we will do a final walk-through with the homeowner or property manager to show completion. We won't rest until the job is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are IICRC Certified, insured and bonded to perform restoration services. Our team is experienced helping residential and commercial clients.
