- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do free assessments, so you don't have to worry for that when we inspect your property. We use Xactimate as the same pricing software insurance companies approved for restoration services worldwide. The prices will change according to the zip code and the scope of the job, because every damage is different. In case the job is a self-paid we are always open to negotiate the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do free assessments for water, fire and mold remediation jobs. We usually start with a phone call, then set up an appointment to check the property damage, we explain the scope of the job during our visit, then we sign a work authorization to be able to perform the job. We start the job. Our Focus is communication, so every party involved is aware of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC certified firm, this is the international entity that certifies restoration companies. Our Team and Firm are certified in: Water Damage Restoration Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup (Biohazard) Applied Structural Drying Odor Remediation Carpet Cleaning Restoration Applied Microbial Remediation (Mold) Also, in compliance with federal regulations, we are EPA Lead-Safe certified Firm.
