I had a disgusting mold issue in my basement bathroom. After getting 4 quotes water-b-gone was by far the lowest. Before actually hiring them I drilled them on questions that I thought were important and I was impressed with all their answers. What stood out the most was they explained how they would be removing all the debris though a window rather than dragging bags through the house as to not cross contaminate. This was something no other company mentioned they would do. I was more than impressed with their knowledge of how to handle mold and work ethic. Hopefully I never have to deal with this issue again but if so i know who will be my first call. Thanks again

A+ job. After a sewage backup in our basement jesse and his team were on site within an hour of the initial call. We had been told by the plumber that the "backup wouldn't be covered by insurance so don't bother calling them". After a few minutes of talking with jesse he thought we had a good shot of being covered and to go ahead and start the claim process and he was right, fully covered. They protected our belongings/rest of the house while they removed drywall and other materials which made us feel better considering how bad the backup looked. I would highly recommend this company if you're in the same situation

Great job guys. After a weekend away we came home to our basement covered in sewage. Within 90 minutes of making contact water b gone was on site cleaning and tearing out floor. After less than 5 days we had our basement back (minus carpet and drywall). I thought the smell would never go away and really never saw myself stepping foot downstairs again after the initial backup but jesse and his team made that happen. Highly recommend

We use xactimate which is the industry standard pricing. Discounts given for homeowners nor going through insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every flood is different so we educate all homeowners on the exact steps needed we will take to dry the home to industry standard regardless if they've had prior water damages occur or not.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My team and I are IICRC certified In Water Restoration (WTR) as well as Mold Remediation Specailaists (MRS)
