Pond building is an art! We create features that lend themselves to a lifestyle that brings a back yard oasis for decades of fascination to children, grandchildren and friends! When we hear how water features have gotten the kids out of the house and into the backyard, we know we've done our job well. It is surprising how often clients tell us their ponds have changed their lives!

First - Joe & Kyle were friendly, helpful and answered my questions. Unlike others who have been out to 'help', they immediately found an area by my waterfall that was losing water. They promptly build it up and put in three different plants and some driftwood to help make my fall look pretty. Time will tell if that is the only leak or if there is another problem, but for now, the waterfall is running great and looks so much nicer. Joe & Kyle were professional and they definitely made the area out there look 100% better. Thanks Colorado Pond Pros, Joe and Kyle, for giving me back my waterfall. AND, I might add, in such a short time. Fixed the problem, planted and all in about one hour's time! WOW! Can't wait to see the plants when they bloom!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Colorado Pond Pros. We had our waterfall/pond winterized and I was impressed with the technicians knowledge, service and suggestions to keep our pump lasting as long as it could.

So far so good, we have patches on a pond liner that had been clawed by a bear. We'll see how it weathers the winter

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost of services depends completely on the customers needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a conversation and then ask customers to send us pictures of an existing feature or area of imagined future pond. When we know we are good match for our new customer, we come out on site and start talking details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians receive training through out the year and through Aquascape as well.
