I would choose all the above for the choices as to why they deserve 5 stars. I needed a mold remodel ASAP and they were beyond responsive and helpful. Such kind and great customer service. The price was great to especially compared to all my other quotes. They also do a cosmetic clean up after so all the color is gone as well. Highly recommend! Thanks again!

Just called them for the second time in a year to request services and instead they gave me (again) very good advice on how to take care of the problem myself and save some money! I spoke with Richard, at length, to problem-solve the issue. I have never actually had an in-home appointment with them because of these discussions and have saved money, and learned a little about environmental issues in my home! I would recommend them to anyone who has concerns about mold.

I had 2 phone conversations with Richard before hiring them to conduct mold testing after remediation. We sustained water damage from a broken kitchen pipe leaking into our basement. ReNew Home Innovations refused to accept responsibility for it during the remodel. Richard and company were crucial in helping remediate the mold, mildew and mushrooms growing from the kitchen water stack, and giving us an understanding of our options.

I am currently in the process of purchasing a condo in Denver, I called Richard after hours at nearly 8 PM To get some information on testing for mold. he not only didn't push his services on me he gave me valuable information, that resulted in me actually not needing the mold test, and instead looking for concessions, however he was extremely informative and helped me feel much more comfortable making decisions about my buying process. if I ever do need to have mold removed, hopefully not! I will definitely look towards this company.
