I worked with Christine during my pregnancy as I developed gestational diabetes. She taught me how I could still eat my favorite foods with a few simple modifications. She also empowered me to take control of my diagnosis by educating me on how and what to eat and WHY! Through her thoughtful education based approach, I was less anxious and able to enjoy my last trimester of pregnancy.
