- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are not very complicated as most services are set based on anticipated hours of work. Thus pricing for quickbooks training is different than pricing for tax preparation for a small business. Some prices are set monthly prices for monthly contracts for small businesses. These may start as low as $300 a month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Because or company is also a licensed insurance agency, it is required that we renew our insurance license every 2 years. That means CE is very important.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first CPA truly got me started. I couldn't understand my tax situation once I started my business. This lead to a desire to learn more.
