Woke up Saturday to no hot water and called 1-800-Plumber +Air on a whim. They answered on the second ring and had a tech at my house before noon… I wanted same-day, on a weekend, and no emergency surcharge nonsense. Their tech (can’t remember his name, sorry) diagnosed the water heater in about 10 minutes, walked me through repair vs. replacement with actual pricing up front, and had the new 40-gallon unit installed that afternoon. Clean work, shoe covers, hauled the old tank away. They also took a look at my AC while they were here and flagged a capacitor that was on its way out. Honest, fast, and priced fairly. If you need a plumber call these guys first.

I panicked when our water heater sprung a leak. I googled plumbers near me and 1-800-Plumber +Air picked up. The gal on the phone gave me some quick tips on shutting off my water until a plumber could come out to my home. They sent Rich out to my house and his smile and kindness really helped to put me at ease. He got to work right away and within a few hours, he was installing a new water heater and even helped me clean up the area that was soaked. I'm grateful for honest and straightforward local businesses like them!

We price by the job, not by the hour, so it’s important for one of our licensed technicians to be able to assess your problem in the home before providing any type of pricing for jobs. We will not up-charge services for nights, weekends, or holidays.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make booking your appointment easy! Our friendly staff is ready to help you. We know your time is valuable so we want to make sure that you do not have to wait on us. So, prior to our arrival you will receive a text message from us that your 1-800-Plumber +Air professional is en route to your home. Prior to beginning any work, we will take the extra steps to protect your home. It is also important that when the work is complete, our work area is cleaner than when we found it. Our team will take great care of your home while working onsite.
