What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers will not have unexpected charges after my services is done.
The only time my prices would vary from from the original estimate would be if we ran into something that was not expected which I would tell the customer this before going ahead with the job.
All of my pricing is very competitive, I am happy to take a cut in price to get a job and have a future customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is the same with all of my customers.
Have very good communication, show up on time, get the job done, and have no surprises when it comes time to pay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of trade school for electrical
8000 hours of in-person coarse study
10 years hands on job fixing and installing
I have been to many safety classes including MSHA and OSHA for the work I do.
