- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been bartending all over Colorado, Arizona and Hawaii for the last 15 years. I have also worked in a winery for 5 of those years doing wine production and distribution. I have worked in high end cocktail bars, night clubs, 5 star restaurants, dive bars and most of the big event venues in Denver including Red Rocks, Coors Field, Empower Field, and Fiddlers Green.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the restaurant business in high school and fell in love with it. I very quickly moved into bartending and it became my passion. I really enjoy pushing myself to learn as much as possible about every aspect of the trade. I decided to branch out and bartend for myself about a year ago and it has been an amazing adventure and I love every minute of it!
