- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Veteran Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric does not charge a service call or trip fee to come to your home or business - you aren't charged until we diagnose your problem and provide you with a comprehensive solution. Additionally, the team at Veteran HCPE is proud to offer discounts for Veterans, Seniors, and First Responders in our community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you contact us here at Veteran HCPE, we will take a few pieces of contact information from you to get you entered into our customer management platform (name, address, telephone number, email) and will get a brief description of the problem, concern, or bid request. From there, we schedule your appointment in a one hour window for your convenience - no waiting around all day for a Veteran tech to come to your home or place of business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are properly licensed and insured. We only hire well-experienced technicians at Veteran - in fact, none of our technicians currently have less than 10 years of experience in their industry.
