- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military discounts upon valid military ID display to our technicians. If you have an emergent need, we are available 24 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a tried and true method: 1. We send a licensed and insured electrician to your home to give you an estimate on your project at no cost to you. 2. If the problem is simple, we can typically fix it there, or troubleshoot after you have seen exactly what it would cost. 3. Schedule a crew or panel electrician to come complete the work on your schedule. We can rapidly turn around projects in our service area.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our non-master electricians participate in IECRM, and full education classes by night, forever climbing the rank in their knowledge and skill. We do weekly safety meetings and treat each job site and home with care and attention to detail.
