Sam was the gentleman I had the pleasure of dealing with, and from the start, he was great. I took him to the switch I was having issues with, and he became looking at it. Once he had an idea of what was going on he advised me he would like to do a diagnostic on the switch, with the price included, and that most of the time the problem was found within the diagnostic process. Boy, he was right. In the mess of wiring, he found the issue, and within an hour and a half, my lighting issue was fixed. Power was restored, and now I can complete the rest of my lighting project in my basement area.

I used The Electricians today to help resolve an issue with a ceiling fan that was installed incorrectly by another tradesman. The gentleman that came out to do the repair was lovely--very kind, professional, and walked me through what was needed to diagnose the problem. He fixed the issue in under 10 minutes and our light fixture is working again!

Had Zach come out to assess our needs. While doing so I told him about a chirping noise I couldn't pinpoint. It took a bit but he finally found it. Didn't charge anything for his time! He made my problem his problem and I knew with that kind of customer service I was definitely going to hire them. Our installers, Shawn and Cisco were just as professional and courteous. Very happy with all the new lights! Thank you all!

We needed to have a new ceiling fixture put in and they did a great job. Sean and team were able to run the electric in a way that prevented me from having to repair any sheetrock. Sean has great attention to detail and quality. I will absolutely call them again for any electrical needs.

We offer military discounts upon valid military ID display to our technicians. If you have an emergent need, we are available 24 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a tried and true method: 1. We send a licensed and insured electrician to your home to give you an estimate on your project at no cost to you. 2. If the problem is simple, we can typically fix it there, or troubleshoot after you have seen exactly what it would cost. 3. Schedule a crew or panel electrician to come complete the work on your schedule. We can rapidly turn around projects in our service area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our non-master electricians participate in IECRM, and full education classes by night, forever climbing the rank in their knowledge and skill. We do weekly safety meetings and treat each job site and home with care and attention to detail.
