FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing. Before any work begins, we clearly explain the scope, materials, labor, and any potential variables so there are no surprises. Electrical work isn’t something you want done “cheap” — you want it done safely and correctly the first time. We offer fair, competitive pricing based on quality workmanship, code compliance, and long-term reliability. In many cases, we can suggest options at different price points depending on the customer’s goals. We also provide discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and veterans whenever possible. Our goal is to deliver real value, that we can put our name on!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen. Every project starts with understanding the customer’s needs, concerns, and long-term plans — especially if the property is being bought, sold, renovated, or held as an investment. From there, we: Assess the site and evaluate existing electrical systems. Provide a clear explanation of findings and options. Offer a written estimate with scope details, delivered in layman's terms to allow an understanding of intent and focus on needs being met. Schedule the work efficiently and communicate throughout the project. We treat every home or building as if it were our own — clean, organized, and respectful of the property. Communication is key from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our foundation is built on decades of hands-on experience, formal apprenticeship training, licensing, and ongoing continuing education. Electrical codes evolve regularly, and we stay current with NEC updates, local code requirements, and new technologies such as smart systems, energy-efficient upgrades, EV charging, and panel modernization. Beyond electrical work, our experience in real estate and construction gives us a broader understanding of how electrical integrates with structural systems, HVAC, plumbing, and inspection standards. That bigger-picture knowledge helps us anticipate issues and work more effectively with contractors, inspectors, and property owners and tenants when the needs arise.
