- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client is different, and so are my fees. My fee depends on your individualized needs. I try to fit my fee to my client. I offer payment plans to everyone. As long as you are employed, we can work out a plan to get your the representation you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I have a conversation with a potential client about the factual background of the case and what the client's goals are. I always like to meet with my clients face-to-face before hire. You will soon see that personalized engagement is a key component of legal representation at my firm.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated top of my class in undergraduate and law school, and I have been working as a litigator ever since. I used to work for an insurance defense firm, so I know exactly how large firms, and defense firms operate. Because I am personally involved in every case, and become intimately familiar with every case, we kill the big firms every time.
