I can't pin a single thing that was good, because it was all amazing. Mike was super easy to meet with and get along with. Awesome to work with. He took time on the day to get to know us and make it a little more special. Funny sense of humor to add his own twist as well. He really deserves that title as one of the best DJs in Denver.

Mike at Ignight Entertainment is absolutely, 112% spectacular! He was well-organized and provided us with tools that we could all use in order to ensure a smooth progression of the night. He made everything seem effortless and took a lot of the stress away from the bride/groom-- which was much appreciated! He made himself available for meeting times that worked best for his clients and responded to emails in good time. Mike has a very professional yet fun demeanor (it was like having a good friend DJ your wedding!) and was a great emcee for the whole night. He enjoys his work, and it shows. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!!

Mike was a great DJ, emcee, and rally-er of the guests at our wedding. Although we were very specific (more like picky) about the kind of music played during our ceremony and cocktail hour, he executed our requests flawlessly. He was not only incredibly receptive to all of our request and the guests', but he also understood our vision for the evening and integrated our tastes with the mood of the group so well. We were also impressed by his professionalism and ability to rally our guests back to the dance space (we got married at a resort with a large outdoor-indoor wedding space) to do first dances and cake cutting. Mike wasn't thrown off by anything and we were so thankful to have such an accommodating, laid back, and flexible DJ. He definitely added to the magic of it all!

Mike at Ignight Entertainment is absolutely amazing! We had the best wedding and are so glad we had Mike as our DJ. He is willing to cater to your music preferences and kept the party going with his great song lineup. Throughout the whole process, Mike was super responsive to our emails and calls and even put together a mash up for our father daughter dance. He made sure to play as many songs from our requested play list as possible and was open to taking request from wedding guests as well. Mike had great sound and light equipment, was super flexible, very professional and very understanding of our preferences. I would highly recommend Ignight Entertainment!

We can't recommend Mike highly enough as our wedding DJ in Breckenridge. He was helpful and communicative from day one and was pivotal in making sure that our wedding day went smoothly! We didn't have a coordinator and Mike happily took on the master of ceremonies role and really went above and beyond. He coordinated with other vendors, kept the evening moving on time and got ALL of our guests dancing! Mike also made us a mashup for a surprise first dance and it was amazing. He used all of the songs we requested and our guests were blown away. We received many compliments on how much fun our wedding was and much of that was thanks to Mike. Book him quick for your wedding!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide 3 levels of service/pricing, with add-ons. I require a deposit upon booking, typically 30%-50% of the total cost. And I do provide discounts and refunds if my clients are able to refer me to friends, or connect with me via social media.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I subscribe to many Dj youtube channels, network with my peers, and constantly stream new music to stay ahead of the competition and continually develop my skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was born into a family of music. My father loved blasting English rock through his Hi-Fi stereo system and my mother sang in choir and played guitar. I grew up playing piano, drums, and eventually got into Djing & music production. After many college house parties, bars, and nightclubs, I played my first wedding. I ended up being so good at it that my friends referred me to their friends, and so on and so forth.. I wound up establishing an entertainment company to provide my services to the public :)
