Rick is a consummate professional! He did a fabulous job as DJ for my party of 75. We all enjoyed the music selection and he got everyone dancing. I will Rick again.Aug 24, 2016Verified
Our DJ "Moose" was great with the kids and adults alike. We had a lip sync battle for the crowd, and he did a great job of transitioning the groups. He played a wide variety of music all night. He was very professional and fun, all at a great price.Aug 29, 2016Verified
Rick did an awesome job with our dj needs. He was willing to find every song anyone was looking for even if it wasn't in his song book. All the gueat told me I found a great dj for parties and would make sure to get his information from me when they need a dj!Apr 25, 2016Verified
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Along with reading about and trying out the latest technology advancements, we network with other wedding professionals and attend lunch and learn meetings to get ideas from each other on how to provide a fantastic experience as a team.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love all types of music and I love entertaining a crowd.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?We were providing the music and microphones for a ceremony at a hotel in downtown Denver. The bride had her heart set on having her wedding on the terrace. Thirty minutes prior to the ceremony's scheduled start time, it was storming hard (lightning hitting across the street...scary). The hotel staff had already moved everything inside and I had set up the music and tested the microphones in the new location. The bride was devastated and insisted that the wedding be held on the terrace. The sky was just starting to clear up, so I looked at the event coordinator and said, "We can do this". She agreed and we moved everything back up stairs within a few minutes. The weather cooperated and we were able to make it happen. The ceremony started 15 minutes behind schedule, but is was on the terrace where the bride wanted it.
