- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each additional pet for pet sitting after the first animal is $5. Each additional dog after the first dog for dog walking is $2.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we are in contact for a service, I like to schedule a meet and greet to meet you and your companion. Once I am there, I will ask questions such as feeding times, and where things are located such as leashes and food bowls. We will then go over how I will enter and exit your home, and go over anything else you want me to do (check mail, water plants). We will also go over emergency information, like what veterinarian they go to in case of an emergency. If I need to provide medications, we will go over that as well.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working with animals in high school after taking a liking to my neighbor’s dogs. Once they saw our connection they started asking me to help them either by walking them or watching them. I’ve liked it ever since!
