Was very pleased with the service from Luminous Electric! They have a great communication system with email and text reminders and you can see the service person as they are on their way to your house. Secondly, I was very impressed with Kyle Larson. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed all my electric issues that I needed done and gave me more information regarding the rest of our house. However he was not pushy or using any pressure. I am very happy with the service I received and will use LE again and ask for Kyle :)

All the service professionals that came in, Humberto, Alan and Gaspar were extremely courteous even in the face of my over eager Huskies. They came in, were very focused, knowledgeable and dedicated which converted into their finishing the work one day ahead of schedule. The job done was neat and thorough. I had a sub-panel upgrade. Only thing to make sure is that the company is giving you the 15% membership discount they promised you.

I used Luminous for a light installation in an older home. The first tech to come out was punctual and very nice, but did what I considered at the time to be substandard job and didn't really explain anything to me before leaving. However, when I communicated with their Service Manager, Justin, about my dissatisfaction with the project, he clearly wanted to resolve the issue and sent out a different tech to take a look the very next day and see what was going on. The new tech, Matt, was fantastic and looked at what was going on with the install, explained everything thoroughly to me about it, and talked through the various options we had for fixing it. It turned out that there wasn't really a way to install it any other way given the existing housing but we figured out a workaround that I can take care of when I have the time. Justin was incredibly responsive and truly went above and beyond to do his best to make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work Luminous did.

We are an all in once pricing and offer discounts for seniors and military.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All electricians are members of the IBEW who does continues training with most of them coming through the IBEW apprenticeship which is roughly 3-5 years of training before coming a journeyman electrician.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The two owners are IBEW electricians who spun off to run their own shop. They have years of experience on their own and it’s only grown with the amazing team they have around them.
