FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge for estimates or consultations. I don’t have overhead, as bigger companies will have, and can therefore offer cheaper prices. If you have a service issue, I will show up and troubleshoot and repair the problem for $75.00 an hour, with a minimum of one hour. There is no additional fee for showing up or drive time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible and educational with new customers. I understand your schedule and budget, and do everything I can to fit into both of those well. I will also explain any work I plan to do, and all costs associated with any estimate. I love electrical and am happy to share my knowledge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed electrical school at IEC, have been in the field for over six years, and have my Colorado Journeyman Electrician license.
