- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my overhead low which lets me stay competitive and pass savings down to my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to set up a phone consultation or a walkthrough with the customer so I’m able to fully understand the scope of work, which then allows me to price the project accurately and fairly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed a 5yr electrical apprenticeship (classroom and on the job training) that led me to obtaining my state license. I also have my OSHA 30 training, training in photovoltaic systems, as well as fire alarm. I’m CPR and first aid certified.
