Footprints provided quality and professional work. Communication was timely and quote was clear as to who would do what (we requested to do some of the purchase of materials and labor to off set cost) and they were able to break down costs so we could select how we “helped”. Todd was amazing and listened and heard what we needed and prompt with what Footprints could offer to help us with our project. Would use them again for any tile or flooring project!

My partner and I decided to refinish our floors but had a small window between closing and moving. Jordan was our first interaction with Footprints that made us feel confident partnering with them! He was so kind, responsive and answered all of our questions before he came by to scope out our home. Jordan also worked to ensure we could start our project on time.Marcus was our project manager, and was also so kind, knowledgable and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. HUGE shout out to Marcus and the team who refinished our floors: Israel, Brian and Ivan. They did an incredible job refinishing, taping everything up, and took great care of our home in the process. This team was easy to communicate with, they did great work, and we highly recommend them for any floor work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Bryan grew up in south Denver. He attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO and served this country after graduation. Like most who serve, Bryans military experience strengthened his belief in, and commitment to, integrity, duty and leadership.
When Bryan and wife Kelli settled in Littleton, Colorado they started a family three rambunctious girls and two very big dogs. It was then, Bryan noticed that the flooring industry in Denver was highly inefficient and unscrupulous. It was nearly impossible to find providers who worked with a true sense of honesty and fairness. Changing this was not only an opportunity for Bryan, it was practically a calling.
Putting the customer first and creating an impeccable reputation in this industry was Job #1, says Bryan, about his goals for his future flooring company in Denver. He named it Footprints Floors, and created a unique company structure that promoted the best in people, products and business practices. It worked!
