- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should never be an issue if you want quality work. We do a $50 cancellation fee if cancel after 24 hours when appointments have already been booked.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like speaking with our customers to find what they really need help with, so we can specialize a plan that fits for them. We like meeting up with them to do a walkthrough before and after the cleaning when possible for the customers. We hope to convey to them that we are a professional and honest team and company and have their interest in mind at all time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have taking all of the training needed to be able to start a cleaning business. I have my SBA business certification, and a COP certification.
