I am very knowledgeable with home construction and thermal energy conservation. I was National Operations Manager for the largest insulation supplier in the world for many years; involved with over 50,000,000 sf by year 2000. I was THE guy who recommended the rebate program to Xcel and worked with them on its implementation.
