We used Mercury Moving for an apartment-to-apartment move in the same building and had a really good experience. They were easy to communicate with beforehand, showed up right on time, and came prepared with all the equipment they needed.
The movers worked fast the whole time and didn’t waste any time. They also listened to us about what we wanted moved first and handled the disassembly/reassembly without any issues.
We honestly thought we’d be left with a bunch of closet stuff and random smaller items to move ourselves, but they somehow got everything done within the time we booked. They were careful with our furniture and TV too, and nothing was damaged.
The price was exactly what we were quoted, with no extra fees or surprises. Very happy with how the move went and would use them again.

My movers were communicative, efficient, and careful with my stuff. Even when carrying heavy/awkward items up the narrow stairwell, they didn't scuff anything. They brought extra packaging to wrap things up with, and then took it with them when they left so I didn't have to deal with a ton of garbage after. I would book with them again. Thank you!
