- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair and competitive pricing at a place convenient for you (your home or office). We also except CARE CREDIT and Flex Spending accounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a phone conversation to determine a relative level of severity etc. I then come Onsite with the necessary equipment needed to take care of the issue. After we do a through history and examination I get started on the treatment/rehabilitation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my doctor of chiropractic degree with a NBCE board certification in Physical Therapy in 2014.
