- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of volumes. We charge low flat rate for a single item pick-up such as a nightstand, mattress, or a small refrigerator. We then charge per load which usually makes up 1-4 cubic yards for the first price point. and 5-8 cubic yards for the next price point, all the way to a full dump truck load, which for our trucks is 18 cubic yards. This is equivalent to 6 pickup loads, helping us stand out with bigger trucks and more space then the competition. Items like hazardous materials and paint are certain things we just can't take. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact, setup appointment, call 30 mins. ahead of schedule to confirm appointment, and then we work that jolly magic! Bringing a jolly smile to your face.
