I've been so impressed with Bob. He came highly recommended and I can see why. He is quick to respond and is much more thorough than other property managers I've worked with. We had been with another Denver property manager for 10+ years and after a handful of issues in a short period of time choose to interview 3 highly recommended managers. Bob set himself above the pack with his communication, professionalism and most of all the detailed Rental Analysis report he provided for our property. It seems most PM's go with a "gut feel" for what the home will rent for. Bob shares his "gut feel" but also provides a detailed report with real data specific to your property. He's newer to this specific business but has already set himself apart from the pack. Keep up the great work and thanks so much Bob!

We provide full service management, and always with full transparency. Standard rate is 10% with discounts available based on property type, location, and size of portfolio.
