We have recently re-located to WA from CO, and Mark has been very up front and honest about everything. We have trusted him with every detail from listing to showing our house to now managing it for us when we are living out of state. Our house rented in less time than he quoted and did a great job for us. We highly recommend anyone who is looking toward a property company look no further. Mark will take care of it.

Mark was diligent in finding the perfect tenant. He doesn't just rent the unit, just to fill the unit but he makes sure that it's a good tenant for the entire time of the lease, He does a great job with follow-up.

Not complicated at all. No hidden fees, no in-house maintenance, completely transparent business model.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of The National Association of Residential Property Managers. I attend NARPM events regularly to make sure I am up to date on any developments in the industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I managed my own and family properties for years. Turns out I was good at it and made it my full time profession.
