I had an excellent experience with Lavell from Master Mitigation. From start to finish, he provided outstanding service while installing our radon mitigation system.
Lavell was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He was very respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and made sure the installation was done properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into his work.
It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely takes pride in what they do, but Lavell definitely does. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and we are extremely happy with the finished installation.
I would absolutely recommend Lavell and Master Mitigation to anyone needing radon mitigation services. Outstanding service from beginning to end!

I was expecting this visit to just be a consult to receive an estimate, but they got my old, improperly installed system working while they were on site! I just purchased a house with high radon levels even though a radon system had been installed. Upon close investigation, Lavell realized that system was never functioning in the 20 years since it had been installed as they had not drilled all the way through the basement floor (!!). He drilled a proper hole for the system to work, extended the exterior piping so it was up to code, replaced our fan, installed a new manometer, and provided education on how the system works. I was expecting this to be very expensive, but it was actually a great value for all of the work he did. I would 100% recommend Master Mitigators to anyone experiencing radon issues. Thank you so much, Lavell!

We had an excellent experience with Lavell and Tre from start to finish. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain how the system works and why it was needed. The installation was clean and only took 2 hours to complete.
After installation, they completed post-mitigation testing and successfully reduced our radon levels to a safe range. They were respectful, punctual, and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality radon mitigation.
