Frank was a dream to work with. He got back to me within 24 hours and scheduled the walk through the following day. He talked me through my options, answered my many questions and ensured I felt comfortable with the work he was doing. He arrived with his associate on time and completed the work in about two hours (including two runs to home depot). He replaced the valve under my sink so I had the proper set up for an upcoming dishwasher install as well as a new toilet with parts in my half bath. I appreciated how he caught two additional issues from the previous home owner's contractor. He got me the right size toilet, the proper valve connectors and added in protective layer between the floor and toilet. Given this bathroom has hardwood floors he saved me a costly mess if the previous cheap valve broke or there was a leak. If you're looking for someone who is fair, honest and does quality work, Frank and his crew are a great choice!
