Vadim was here at 2 pm sharp. He brought the new unit into our house from our car. He went to work immediately removing the existing microwave and unboxing the new one. He had a toolbox of all the tools he needed, only making one trip to his vehicle to secure his vacuum the clean up the dust from drilling new holes for the microwave screws to fit into. He was jovial and explained the process as he went along. He was neat and clean wearing disposable shoe covers while in our home. We would recommend him highly to others for repairs. He seems quite knowledgeable for his work.

We had a wonderful experience with Vidam and would definitely hire him again for our future appliance needs. Our microwave was on the fritz and he responded to my request for help within a matter of minutes and came to take a look that very same morning. He was able to figure out what was going on with our microwave and let us know that the service fee he from today would go towards helping with installation of a new microwave if we choose to go that route. His prices were very fair (especially when compared to other local companies) and he was punctual, professional, and friendly. We would definitely recommend him to others.
