Both mine and my Dad’s dishwasher broke down the same week. Vadim responded to my request within seconds and came out the next day to take a look. He way by far, one of the most respectful and polite young man I have met so far. Dad said as much as well, and those compliments are few and far between coming from him. Miraculously, he had the part my dishwasher needed and had it switched out before I got back to my desk in the next room. Dad’s took an additional day to get the part, but he was up and running in no time. We will be sending all our appliance repair to him from now on.
