We had a broken dryer after our move from out of state. Vadim came the first time and gave us a diagnosis of sorts, and came back the next day with the material he needed. When he came back, he didn’t get to the problem right away, but he wasn’t going to give up. After a couple hours of trying things, he recommended we call another repair person or an electrician, and didn’t accept payment even after hours of work, even though I wanted to pay him for his time, care, and hard work. He didn’t feel right about accepting payment without the dryer being fixed. Shortly after he left, he called me thinking that he thought of one more idea and asked if he could return the next day. He came back the next day, and fix the dryer within 15 minutes! Vadim deeply cares about the work and service he provides, and it would be selling him short to say he goes above and beyond. I’ve never seen someone give so much care and attention to their job with so much integrity. I cannot recommend Vadim at Bee Appliance Repair enough!

Vadim repaired my ice maker and first part did not fix the problem. He came back on a Saturday to check it out, but unfortantely the part was faulty and he needed to reorder the part and also a fan. Parts came in and he got my ice maker woring. He was always on time for appointment, professional and held his price to the inital quote in spite of numerous call backs. I would recommend Vadim to friends and for future repairs.
