Derrick is not only a world-class barista and bartender, but a great guy and a super hard worker. He manned the bar (coffee and alcohol) at our wedding AND stuck around after to help our coordinator tear down. I’m pretty sure he stayed waaay longer than I asked him to. I only know this because our coordinator was raving about how helpful he was the next day. You couldn’t ask for a better vendor.

- Mike Goyn (look me up if you have reservations and I’ll vouch for him in person)

Hired on Thumbtack

The worst I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor everyone and please pick another bartender. I should have taken The previous review more seriously. At first, Derrick seemed awesome. Then He decides communication was not important. 1st time he had an excuse for not answering so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Second time, he was on vacation. This was a number calls, messages, text messages etc. Literally nothing. Then replies and assures is he will get us the information we need. Literally haven’t heard from since. We have called, texted and left several thumbtack messages. We are less than two weeks away and now screwed because Derrick lacks complete professionalism . I get shit can happen but then please have the decency to communicate to your paying clients because this day is supposed to be one of the best of their lives. Now I’m in complete bind.
