I hired Five Star Bath Solutions to do a full bathroom remodel and Im so glad I did. Jason and his crew were punctual, cleaned up every day and were respectful of the rest of the house. The work, new tiles, vanity and fixtures, was finished in about three weeks, just as quoted. Jason helped me pick a slightly darker grout for the floor tiles which made the pattern pop, a great suggestion. Quick communication and careful work. Saved me a lot of stress, thanks to the entire team!

Delightful people to work with. I had contact with the owner, business manager, scheduler, and two installers. All excellent in customer service skills.Tidy, polite, efficient describe the installers. I had Jason and Lucas who were fabulous. They were friendly but focused on the job.This business could be where the phrase, "aim to please" originated. A month after my installation, I know I could call on anyone of them and get the same engaged, dedicated treatment as on Day 1.Not everything went to plan. A part of the plumbing fixture had to be replaced and tweaked. No hesitation or delay in working with me to my satisfaction.I need to mention that I love the shower! I was as excited to get this update as when I got my own bathroom as a kid. It is truly a life enhancement that will help keep me in my own home as I continue aging.It is a company of integrity, community commitment, and sense of values. I thank them all and highly recommend their services.
