- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes I have a hourly rate for service,and I give professional estimates for larger jobs such as remodels.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and ask what are their needs. I set up an initial on site meeting to get acquainted with their needs explain their options. I offer referrals and cradentials. Then I give them a professional estimate that gives them an exact number they can count on. Then I leave it in their court whether or not they want to hire our services. Then I proceed with exactly what I promised. I hope that you will consider me and we can work together to build your dreams.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of the BBB and have worked hard to get that. We are certified by the EPA for lead based paint removal. I have been trained by experience for 30 years in home building on site and in factory's. Service and remodeling whole house remodels.
