- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked my way through college in food service. It was so much more fun than the accounting field I was studying for. I discovered my passion was in creating fabulous and delicious food. It became a life long love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most common jobs that I cater are special birthday parties and intimate personal celebrations. Summer BBQ's and corporate parties and baby showers are the next most popular.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure to ask about ALL the aspects of your meal. Is your Chef using your china and stemware or do you need that to be provided. Serving platters, chafers and utensils are always included in your quotation. Be sure you discuss what you would like your meal to be served on.
