- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Heating and cooling repair calls are $59 visit + cost of repair. Diagnosis and repair quote is provided on site and no repairs are done without your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by listening to what the customer is experiencing, then verify the issue directly at the system and check safety first. Once I know what is actually going on, I explain what I found and give clear options before doing any work. My approach is repair-first and low pressure. The goal is to fix the real problem, not guess or replace parts unnecessarily.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in residential HVAC since 2014 with hands-on experience in furnaces, air conditioning, boilers, and system diagnostics. I also completed HVAC training through Don Leonardi Technical School and Red Rocks Community College. AirBear Heating & Cooling is fully licensed and insured, and I focus on repair-first service with clear, honest recommendations.
